BILEX Money Transfer allows you to transfer at your convenience. Our Minimum Transaction is set at £10 and Maximum Single Transaction Limits have been set at £5000. However, we may Transfer sums up to £10,000.00 provided a Copy of Customer Photo Identification and Proof of Address and Source of Funds have been received and placed on Customer's File. The following is our Compliance Summary:

For All Transactions a Valid Form of Photo Identification will be Required. Valid Photo IDs in the United Kingdom are Passport, UK Driving License, EU National ID card.

VALID PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. BT TELEPHONE BILL, CURRENT UTILITIES BILL. BANK STATEMENTS. CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS within the last 3 Months

SOURCE OF FUNDS. BANK STATEMENT. LOAN STATEMENT. SOURCE OF FUNDS DOCUMENTS

TRANSACTIONS FROM £10.00 TILL £3,000 WILL REQUIRE A VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

TRANSACTIONS FROM £3,001 TILL £5000 WILL REQUIRE A VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION AND A CURRENT PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS dated within the Last 3 Months.

TRANSACTIONS FROM £5001 OR BEYOND WILL REQUIRE A VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION, VALID PROOF OF ADDRESS dated within the Last 3 Months AND PROOF OF SOURCE OF FUNDS.

VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION AND VALID PROOF OF ADDRESS within the last 3 Months, AND PROOF OF SOURCE OF FUNDS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS WHICH, WHEN COMBINED, WOULD EXCEEED THESE THRESHHOLD AMOUNTS IN A CALENDAR MONTH.

There is a statutory obligation on all BILEX Money authorized agent and employees to report suspicious transactions to SOCA.

Why am I asked a form of identification?
You may find that you are asked to confirm your identity and other personal details. This is to safeguard the integrity of our system. All information about your identity is held confidentially. This does not mean in any way that suspicion is falling on you.

When?
You could be asked to confirm your identity when you are doing a transaction that is above £ 650. The identification may be in the form of a passport, driver's license, EEA National ID card, WRS ID card credit /debit card, bank /credit card statement and utility bill. No transaction will be processed where this information is withheld.
